If you grow chillies, you’ll know that they often ripen all at once. Learning how to turn your harvest into delicious sauces, jams and pickles is a great way to enjoy those flavours long after the growing season has ended.

Our popular, hands-on workshop is now in its fourth season, helping chilli enthusiasts discover new flavours, experiment with ingredients and develop the confidence to create their own signature sauces and preserves.

Held right here at Edible Ornamentals Chilli Ranch this friendly, informal and interactive workshop combines practical experience, tasting and plenty of inspiration. Whether you're looking to make something special for your own kitchen or create delicious gifts to share with family and friends, you'll leave with new ideas and skills to put into practice.
